EMS arrived on scene with a two vehicle head on crash with four people trapped. Special called an additional rescue from Limerick. Numerous EMS units requested and victim were extricated and transported to Trauma Centers. Two victims were DOA.

95 command reported heavy fire conditions in a two story dwelling. E95 with A95 made entry, evacuation ordered when crew encountered first floor collapsing underneath them. Exterior attack on basement from rear basement window. Fire extended to second floor via a void chase. Handlines to second floor, crews evacuated again when second floor started collapsing multiple locations. Crews breached the the fire wall from D exposure side for final extinguishment. Extensive overhaul.
